Novels that take place in the worlds of GCN TTRPG systems?

Are there any fiction novels that take place in any of the TTRPG settings that GCN plays or has played? Besides The Secret Fire (obviously) and Inherit the Sand.

Any specific book recommendations?

I LOVE the movie Tenet but...

Tenet is in the Top 3 Christopher Nolan films for me. I love it. However, when I first saw it in theaters, it bothered me that:

Elizabeth Debicki's character seemed almost identical to the role she played in The Night Manager.

Kenneth Branagh's character seemed almost identical to the role he played in Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit.

Did anybody else notice this, or was it just me?

Listening preferences for paid subscribers...

For those Naish-joiners who subscribe, do you still listen to the podcast on Spotify or Apple Podcasts, or do you stream directly from the Patreon app? Either way, why?

Sell me on Time for Chaos

I've tried to get into Time for Chaos twice now. I am currently part way through Episode 4. I know this show is very popular with the Naish, so I'm trying to stick it out. Any advice is appreciated.

Episode 1 was a fairly long character creation slog.

Episode 2 had numerous audio delays and the cast talking over each other.

Episode 3 had a twenty minute coughing fit directly into an unmuted mic and the NPCs constantly stuttering and muttering.

Episode 4 has Troy's NPC accidentally knowing information the NPC doesn't know twice. Also, the PCs steal a vial of heroin and then ten minutes later decide they need to go buy some heroin in the city. Like, they just forgot a plot detail from ten minutes earlier?

Right now it feels a bit sloppy. Is there an episode or point that this series "clicks" for most people?

Twilight 2000 but make it Sci-Fi?

Does such a gaming system exist? The tactical, survival-focused (gritty realism) gameplay of Twilight 2000 but with a more speculative / sci-fi setting?

Deciding between two Farming LitRPG concepts. Help me choose!

I am brainstorming two different Farm Life / Farm Sim LitRPG concepts.

One would be your standard Harvest Moon scenario but with incredibly dark, disturbing stuff going on in the town behind the scenes (think Persona 4, Twin Peaks, Beneath the Trees Where Nobody Sees stuff).

The other would be a more traditional approach to the Harvest Moon formula with a move towards more Macro-focused SimFarm mechanics but it takes place on Mars (i.e., Sci-Fi).

Which would be more interesting? I may never write either, but just feeling inspired at the moment.
