I’m looking to get some feedback here to see what people think. Male, 47.

For the last month, I’ve been dealing with numbness in my saddle area, glute, back of my thigh and bottom of my foot (all on one side). I’ve noticed I can’t feel internally on the right when I defacate. Also there is a significant pain on the right side of my penis if I masturbate.

I’ve gotten a lumbar and sacral spinal MRI that came out clean. So far my leg strength tests have all been good, but I’m concerned if the numbness continues for longer. I have an EMG next week. I’ve seen a couple of orthopedics and a neurologist. They’re not really sure what’s going on but they are assuming some sort of pudendal neuralgia.

My symptoms are pretty much numbness except for my penis which has that pain. I’m not noticing any positions that bring on any extra numbness or pain (except for sexual arousal). I don’t have any back pain at all.

Does anyone have any thoughts? I’m happy to answer any questions and entertain any ideas. Thanks.

I’m sharing this for anyone who has had the same issue.

I have an L40 Ultra Gen2 and it was working perfectly fine for a week. One day the iOS app started behaving strangely. My virtual walls were misaligned, and I noticed it was taking a long time to either load my map, cleaning schedule and cleaning history. Most of the time these would not load. However, when they did load it took a good five minutes or longer but the wasn’t not able to save any changes to scheduling or even the robot name.

I spent quite a long time with customer service and then eventually the engineering team. Uninstalling and reinstalling the application as well as cache clearing didn’t seem to help. I tried connecting my mobile device to various Wi-Fi networks in my house and they all had the same poor at performance.

Purported Fix:
It wasn’t until I turned Wi-Fi off on my mobile device and loaded the app with my cell phone network that all the problems went away. It seems very strange to me, but I’m having no problems with the app whatsoever when my mobile device is connected to the cell network. Note: I need to close the app, connect to mobile network and then reopen the app.

I hope this helps someone out there.

I’m wondering what everyone’s thoughts are about having multiple chats for a single project. My thinking was is that I create a single project with its own markdown files but different chats would be for different expertise in each of the subjects of a particular project. An example would be if it’s an e-commerce project there could be a chat for SEO and another chat for.sales analysis and another for advertising.
There’s a couple of things I’m running into with this approach. One of them is even though I have mark down files and memories of the chats. Claude sometimes doesn’t remember what’s happening from one chat to another if I ever have any “bleed over“ for expertise. The second is it’s hard for me to determine from my other chats and other projects which ones are project specific. Perhaps this is just me not understanding the UI or not naming the folders appropriately.

I could have a single chat for a single project such as this, but I feel like if I need to go back to a conversation that might be ads related or another one that is SEO related it’s hard for me to refer back to the discussion. I’m also considering the fact that Claude at times needs to compress the chat.

Does anyone have any thoughts or different approaches?

Every time my neighbors come home from work I can hear the dogs going absolutely ballistic in the house. This happens no matter who it is, the husband, wife, grown teenage children. And even repair people get the exact same treatment. As they casually walk up to the house and open the door and the dogs continue to bark. Whenever anyone walks inside and shut the door, I hear the dogs barking for at least a good 2 minutes.

I’ve also noticed this when they step outside briefly for something like taking out the trash. Like, walking out the door and moving the trash bins and then coming back 40 seconds later and it’s another round of continuous barking.

Why are dogs like this? Do they have no concept between the people who live in their home every day and absolute strangers? Why have all this noise in your own home? What is the value of being barked at every time you walk toward the front door?

I’ve seen a lot of advice on this sub, as well as others, and it appears to be those with Presbyopia are being advised to use progressive lenses. I didn’t see much support for bifocals, but I found bifocals were by far the best option for me.
My eyesight is near perfect except for my Presbyopia condition. I can see objects far away with no issue whatsoever, but up close, I can’t read my phone anymore, even at arms length.
I went to see an optometrist and tried three different pairs of progressive lenses, and I kept running into the same issue. My entire vision was distorted, except for a small tunnel, even when trying the wider view progressive. Worse yet, when I wore the glasses outside it was extremely disorienting. I understand fans of progressive say you need to wear them constantly for a couple weeks to get used to, but for me since my vision is only affected by the Presbyopia I decide to try a bifocals. Even if the distortion was minimal, I thought it made more sense to only have a small part of my vision to adjust rather than all my vision.
I ordered standard lenses with no enhancement and bifocal at +2 and it’s been an absolute life changer. I’m able to see mid and long distance without any issue whatsoever and my close-up is at almost no adjustment needed. I can wear my lenses all day and not have to worry about finding my readers or bringing a pair of readers with me everywhere I go. Even driving is easy because I can see just fine out on the road and I can glance at my phone to see the mapping directions on my dashboard without any issue. Best of all, I can see my food without remembering to bring my readers to the dinner table. I understand some people hate the line but I don’t really notice it.

TLDR: Bifocals are a fantastic, low cost, option for people with Presbyopia that has nearly no adjustment needed.

I’m trying to get the artifact from Captain Petrov, but he’s being a dick. So I try taking it from him and he attacked me so I defend myself. And he threatens to contact UNSC and let them know if my “crimes“. So I have no choice but to kill all the witnesses on the cargo ship.
Even though everyone is dead I immediately get taken in by the USNC and this dick wad wants me to infiltrate the Crimson fleet in order for me to get my freedom. I don’t want to do that so I take the option to go to jail and I spend my five days in prison.
Now every time I fly into New Atlantis I have every UNC soldier open firing on me.
Do I have any recourse so I’m not shot on site even after serving my prison sentence or am I forever Space Osama Bin Laden?
