Rocket Internet is created by the owners of Buckeye Broadband (Block Communications) who also has companies down in the south like MaxxSouthBroadband in Mississippi. So if you choose Rocket in those areas, it’s just Block Communications it’s not a “New” company so that’s the first, the second here in Toledo you are forced to use their modem but are free to use your own router, which is what I honestly recommend, the included router is low budget WiFi 6 e-waste, so I’d recommend getting a WiFi 7 router with the gig plan, if you choose the 600mbps you’ll be fine with the included router. It’ll work as good or as bad as going through Buckeye directly.
The only thing I don’t know is I’ve heard they still limit you to 20mbps upload when you have fiber availability, but I find that extremely hard to believe
Used to be 50-60k average volume, with dips as low as 35k. Now we’re constantly 70-80k which I hear is our maximum capacity we can hold for the 1:20a-11:50a shift, during peak day shift does a precharge upwards of an additional 20k. Boy this peak is gonna be baddddd. DCL5 has been falling off a cliff for a bit over year at this point. Some DS’s simply aren’t big enough to convert to the Amazon standard, I wish higher ups realize it.
