Whenever i come across a news/post about harassment, I find out the accused men unattractive and not well in the looks department. I have never seen an accused to be an attractive and handsome man. is the harasser always a physically not-good-looking man ? Or only such people are highlighted?
Unfortunately, it's been a long time since I caught her glimpse in the place where we usually encounter one another. Today, I spotted her in green attire from at least a one kilometer distance. I am certain that it was her, from her manner of walking, yes I knew how beautifully and artistically she walks. She was talking on phone. I was pondering that that distance is negligible in comparison to the feeling of our age difference. The chains of societal norms are even longer and stronger. She disappeared a moment later, and I was drowning in my childish thoughts.
The picture of that innocent Doctor, writhing in pure agony, is permanently burned into my mind. I wake up each day with her image staring back at me, a tragic reminder that shatters whatever hope I had left in humanity. I can't ignore it neither should I.
