Is this too many miles or a car worth buying

It’s a 2022 eco with 10spd with the stealth package which I really like. Car is a two owner and has roughly 56k miles on it. It’s currently listed for about 23k but I believe I can get it down a little because my brother has buying history with the dealership. Is that too many miles or would you consider buying?

Frustrating Preorder Experience

To start off, it’s a 2019 Ford Mustang, it really caught my eye because off of the description and window sticker it’s the exact spec I’m looking for and for a fair price. For context, I saw this car listed originally for preorder back in late March to early April, it was already reserved by someone else up until the end of April and I decided to place my preorder reservation with their $100 deposit. Now since then, including the time I first saw the vehicle online, it’s been about 3 months at least and the vehicle has still not passed the “inspection and reconditioning” stage. I’ve asked countless Carvana reps and the chat bot as well but have only gotten the same generic, “18 days average before a vehicle goes live” I understand delays can happen but for several months is absolutely absurd. And what makes it even worse is the fact that there is zero customer support or communication regarding the vehicles stage of inspection. Wondering if there is anyone else who has had this kind of experience before?
