Paid for JioFiber, no installation for days, agent ignoring calls — what should I do? Plz help me it's serious issue
"I booked JioFiber on 24 April and paid through the official Jio payment link. Till now there has been no installation, no technician call, and no proper update. The agent never answers my calls, and when I contacted the manager, he told me not to call him.
Now I’m completely frustrated and want to cancel and get a refund. I have my ORN number, payment receipt, call recordings, call history, and screenshots of my complaints on X/Twitter. But when I try to apply for a refund, it says 'Refund not applicable / account or service ID not found.'
Has anyone faced this before? What should I do now? National Consumer Helpline? Legal notice? Any advice would help."
