Minor Posterior Tear

Has anyone had a minor posterior tear and successfully rehabbed it without surgery? What exercises did you do?

Or active hang, whichever.
For those that have used one, did you like it? Worth it?
Not looking for other advice, just experiences using a Tindeq specifically.
Does anyone own both? Are the Skwamas much softer than the women's white version of the katanas?
Thanks!
Hear me out, I wore some old mens katanas in the gym. These puppies had been through many resoles, could bend in half, and were really worn in. They were pretty sensitive at this point, and I LOVED them for the gym. I discovered a world beyond stiff shoes.
Unfortunately, the holes eventually began and I had to toss them.
Are there soft, sensitive shoes that fit like a katana? If that exists...?
I also have the women's katanas which are softer than the men's but looking for something even more sensitive. Open to mens or women's shoes, idc. Thanks!
Does anyone else feel like they get more benefit top roping in the gym than leading? In terms of overall progress and as it translates to their outdoor climbing.

I've always felt alone in this, but I really prefer TR'ing in the gym. It allows me to flow, focus on good movement patterns, activate the right muscles, and try harder. It feels like it reinforces all the good parts for me.

I feel like leading indoors does the opposite for me. It feels choppier because I'm looking for the next clipping jug. I'm afraid of hitting my ankle on a volume if I fall. I'm not mentally focusing on the technique or movements anymore.

I've been leading outdoors for a long time and feel completely confident in it. But I truly avoid it in the gym 🤷 Can anyone else relate?
Whenever I do movements that require deep bending at the knee (like a squat) the tendon on the outside of my knee snaps over my knee bone bump. Every single time. This has been going on my whole life.

I've seen my fair share of PTs. They haven't helped.

Has anyone had anything that sounds similar and have you been able to correct it?

You can't tell me that holographic isn't the purrrfect medium for a rainbow cat sticker! This is one of my original designs that I think will always be my favorite! Hope you like it too!

Hey all! I LOVE me some special effect stickers! I think it's so cool how many ways you can use different materials to creative unique visual effects. They are always a bit more pricey to print, but totally worth it imo!
I put together this ghost sticker pack, and they are all special effect materials! It includes:
- Transculcent / Glossy Ghost Cactus
- Transparent / Matte Feeling Spooky
- Chrome / Matte 3D Ghost (personal favorite!)
- Holographic / Glossy Horrors Persist
