So I'm a big fanfic reader (love the sense of community you don't get with published fiction), but never written any before.

For some reason with these books, it's the first time I've had a headcannon bang this hard on my head to get out haha but the problem I'm having is that I want to make sure in writing Tamlin how he felt to me, but he just drops off the map post ACOTAR so....I feel like this community is the perfect place to find more of him :)

Does anyone know of any good Tamlin focused pics based in SC post WAR that show him for who he is? Happy to read AU as long as it's got similar vibe to how Tamlin's feeling post WAR 😁

I'm curious about everyone's thoughts on Tamlin's heart of stone.

What effect would this have on Tamlin?

Did it change him? What effect do we think it had? (For example, I think that perhaps this would full, if not completely stop, him from being able to sense his mate)

Does everyone think that his heart of stone was "thawed" by feyre in ACOTAR?

Could his heart potentially still be stony?

Since she was born she's been so brave. She was born underweight so she had to be bombarded with top up feeds and 2hrly feeds. She vomited maybe a few times but overall took it like a champ.

She was never cuddly, but always smiled. If I needed to put her down she was never bothered.......

She slept in her cot.

We've recently put her in day care (she's almost 1) and she doesn't cry, and when I pick her up she sometimes crawls to me but otherwise seems unbothered that I'm there....

I've always been there for her for a cuddle, always. Whenever she cries I'm right there with hugs and kisses and I tell her I love her a million times per day. I'm just dreading that she feels like there's no point crying..... Even though I'm very attentive when we're together.....I just want her to know it's okay to struggle, it's okay to not be okay, and that I'll always be there for her if she needs me 🫠 but how do you say that to a baby?

Listening to my silly little songs in the car and this came on and gave me big Rhys vibes. A lot of the lyrics align with his MO, maybe leans a little dark. Not meant as an insult, just found it funny.

Also Dorian is just precious. He deserves all the hugs and cuddles. He's definitely the "Lucien" for me of this series 😂 (or the other way round you get the point)

Suddenly finding myself having to take a long haul flight with a baby on my own...she's got her own seat so I'm hoping it'll be manageable but one thing that worries me is going to the toilet.

Has anyone else been in this situation and dealt with this? I'm worried about leaving my baby alone but am I overthinking this?

So I stopped pumping last week kind of unexpectedly. I was going two days without pretty okay with minimal tenderness, but then last week I got to day three and I didn't feel "full" so I just kept going and now here I am.

I don't feel full but both my breasts (specifically under my areola) are quite tender and are a bit sore with pressure.

Is this normal? I have no (other) signs of mastitis so I'm doubtful it's that

Okay so I know nappy rash is made worse by excessive moister, but I'm just wondering if anyone had just luck with gentle skin washing in a bath followed by nappy free time to really let the skin dry?

We were told by the doctor that less baths were the go but I'm wondering if a gentle bath once or twice a day followed by a good 30 min chunk of nappy free time has worked for anyone?

I'm invited to a black themed party over the weekend and decided to have some fun with it. My hair is already dark brown (very dark when it needs a wash) but I was wondering if there's a "hair mask like" product out there I could use to make it darker for a short time? I have no experience with box dyes so I'm hoping for a product that's simple to use (if it exists)

So recently needed to start transitioning to formula (4 feeds in at the moment yay....) and we're starting with half-half formula and breast milk because bub doesn't like straight formula. Thing is she's taking roughly 40-60ml less then when it was just straight breast milk each feed and I'm worried ☹️

I've tried calling the Breastfeeding Centre and left a message but I don't have high hopes because it's not really a breastfeeding issue. At this point I'm about to just make a doctor's appt because it's a feeding issue but just wondering if anyone knows any government resources that help with advice for feeding bubs formula?
