PlayStation’s Physical Media-Free Future Isn’t Just Concerning, It’s Offensive
youtube.comWhat's a series that - during its final season - felt like it wouldn't stick the landing in time, and then miraculously did?
We all know that feeling: your favorite show is wrapping up, and as the episode count ticks down, week by week, a little voice in the back of your head starts going, "... uh oh. They're not gonna have enough time to wrap all of this up." Unfortunately more often than not, that feeling is justified - too many plot threads are left dangling, or they're given half-assed answers, or it becomes clear that the show was axed with too little notice for anything really satisfactory to be written.
But let's look at the other side - what's an instance where that instinct turned out to be wrong? Where you had that creeping feeling that the ending was gonna be a big mess, and then the show saved itself at the 11th hour?
Bug or Feature? Died with no sparks and respawned with 1
It seems like the game is acting as if I had 2 sparks before dying, because in the footage, I drop 1 spark, and then spawn with 1 in inventory. But take a look at my spark meter before dying - both slots are already empty.
If it matters at all, I believe I had just used the Proto Spark trinket (which is basically a Zelda Fairy and revives you once). I’m 80% sure this glitch(?) has happened to me before, but the first time I’ve thought to clip it.
How did I hold onto my item after death?
Hi, just trying to figure out if I've ran into a bug, or a feature. I just started getting into Septemburg, and found the Dynamo Lantern for the first time. Pretty shortly after, I died... but still had the lantern. Anybody else have this happen to them?
Yacht Club (Mina devs) confirmed to be big fans of Arin's Sequelitis series
youtube.com[TOMT] [video][~2013] skit featuring a Scottish man screaming at his Kinect to play AC 3
Around the time of the XBone's launch in ~2013, I stumbled upon a skit on Youtube featuring a Scottish man in his mid-twenties, eagerly showing off to his friends how "awesome" the Kinect 2.0 is. After running through a few commands he casually tries to get it to boot Assassin's Creed 3, and of course it fails. He gets increasingly frustrated while trying to maintain his cool, enunciating harder and harder, until by the end of the video he's flat-out shrieking at the Kinect to "PLAAAY ASSASSIN'S CREED THREE!!!" in a distinct Scottish accent, which is the bit that's stuck in my head more than a decade later. If anyone happens to have seen this video at some point and knows the source, I'd appreciate it. Thanks in advance!
In The Force Awakens, we learn that somehow, Luke’s lightsaber returned and Maz Kanata held onto it. A brief Google search is telling me that she‘d had the saber for several decades by the time of TFA, and known Han for almost as long. So why not hand the lightsaber over to Solo to give to Luke?
Hi - I'm adding a switch to an existing light circuit, but I'm noticing (too late) that I might have overdone it on the cable clamps. There's some pretty noticeable compression on this 14-2 and 14-3 Romex, especially the second pic (blue cable), and while it's less noticeable on the white, there's definitely an indentation when running a finger over it. Before I rip everything out, are these definitely damaged? Thanks in advance.
