Communication inconsistencies from Benki

I am considering buying a Profitec Go (was also considering the Flair 58+2).

Two primary information I received that influenced my decision -

  1. Flair parts availability is lower, need to be sourced and will be done when ordered by the customer.

  2. Profitec Go parts are available at a better rate than flair & the reliability of the machine is really good.

The inconsistencies that I found -

  1. I had asked about the requirement for a stabiliser early on - I was told that it is optional and only required only if voltage is unstable. However, the proforma invoice that they shared has the line "It is mandatory to use stabiliser to claim warranty"

  2. 1 Year Free service - Invoice notes that Pump and Boiler are excluded. Then goes on to note that electrical parts are covered under warranty.

  3. They didn't mention shipping cost till the last minute (within Bangalore).

I want to know the general feedback of the community about Benki. Also, if there are any active users of 58+2, please do share the reliability of the system (the heating components) and how long the service takes typically in case of any breakdown.

Lastly, how is Benki's service in Bangalore in general?

My buffer bloat optimisation

Firstly my connection details -

  1. Airtel Extreme Fiber - 200 Mb/s UL and DL
  2. ZTE ONT - Bridge mode
  3. Asus Ax86u Pro - used as the router, with Merlin firmware.

I am using the Cake SQM with the following configuration-

Wan Packet Overhead : 34
MPU : 64
Mode : Normal

UL/DL Bandwidth: 186 Mb/s

Results (See attached image)

Note-1: The test was run on 5 GHz wifi and not a wired connection.

Note-2: I was not in the room where the router is placed.

Looking for feedback if someone has used this with any alternative configurations and how that affects the results.
