I literally keep thinking ive seen a bat when I HAVEN'TT

i have read the faq. like a month ago I found two marks on my arm which I GUESS you could say looked like a bite, especially when it healed I think. but I have never seen a bat, or been outdoors, especially at night, not been camping or anything. and there literally aren't bats in our area, like if there are, I have never seen them, and I have lived here my entire life.

i woke up one time a month ago because i was trying to sleep and before i did i got startled awake because i felt something had tapped me. i went back to sleep after a while bcause i was like, i think i accidently hit myself or the fringes of my blankets probably touched me. the idea that it could be a bat popped up in my head for a second, but I think it could be because I had read smth similar happening around that time, but then I laid in bed for a minute and kind of came to rhe conclusion it was nothing and went to sleep.

and I keep telling myself what if I woke up and saw a bat and forgot about it or ignored it or just didnt see it 😭 also we didn't see a bat in our house this whole time, or ever.

I went to the ER a couple of nights ago, they said you're probably fine. called our regions public health people, spoke to an inspector i think for public health, and she said I am very low risk, and that it was likely not a bat, and that i dont need to get the vaccine. also, I've heard that the vaccine is not amazing to get, so if you dont need it, you shouldn't get it just for peace of mind or whatever.

DESPITE ALLL OF THIS i keep having this loop of worry in the back of my head, a month later. so. i dont know what to do. any advice? I have been really worried sick the past few days.

wondering if anyone has bought from this supplier

I am thinking of buying from one of the suppliers listed/recommended in this subreddit, Henna Canada.

Out of curiosity, has anyone had any experience with this supplier and their products? or can someone let me know how they were verified to be a safe supplier?

I ask only because in the past, I have accidentally used fake henna, and although nothing happened, I really do not want to repeat that mistake.

Thank you :)

how bad is it to put or have 'no credit' (NCR) for a course?

i am in first year. this course is not a required one for any of my programs, and i'm just really not doing the greatest and don't think i can pass the test and exam, so I am thinking of just not doing them.

do grad schools care if you have NCR on your transcript? will they look at it? or do they not care. how bad is it.....or is it not that deep.

question about chemical henna sensitivities + natural henna

i think i've already posted here a couple months ago, but anyways.

the last time i used henna, not natural, on myself was back in april. this kind of henna was brown, didn't immediately stain, but i know it wasn't 100% natural, because it wasn't the kind that needed to be frozen.

i have used this brand, and others (some probably even less natural, but none of them black from what i remember, all different shades of brown) multiple times, all throughout my life, but especially in the last couple years, and have never had a reaction of any kind.

do i still have to really worry about the lifelong ppd/chemical sensitivities mentioned in this subreddit?

alsooo

i am trying to find natural henna suppliers in canada, and i noticed that there are some listed here, but i just wanted to understand how they have been verified to be 100% natural... just to double check lol.

anyways sorry for the paragraph, thank youu.

like realistically, when does a product become unsafe to use. I imagine it is different for liquid vs powder products, but idk. does makeup ever REALLY expire? if smth says 12 or 24 months, is that actually true.

I have makeup that I've had for a couple or few years that im too scared to use lol, but I feel like its a waste to throw them out because they are nowhere close to finished.
