Ever watched a higher up worker get humiliated in public?

Just wanna share my memory from Big Run, December 2022:

We finally eliminated all of the salmonids from that hell on earth Wahoo World. Our platoon was awaiting flight to Splatsville on Belon. An EVP210 threw out his notepad (full of callsigns, radio freqs, PII, and more OPSEC) into a dumpster. S4 chief (EVP500) saw it, dived to check it, and traced it to that EVP. He lit his ass up in front of our platoon. All workers got a brief not to throw away any intel and the EVP210 had to do 'dumpster dives' checking everyone's trash to make sure no information got leaked.

At some point in time much later, a Profresh 2 from 3/72 posted a selfie on a Snapperchat which I believe got picked up by Octarian OSINT, then an EW tracked their location and then notified their advisors attached to salmonids. That platoon got wiped out even before the Blackhawk made it ashore. Never heard a thing about that Profresh ever again.

Underrated cafe at Inkopolis Square you should try

Some of the best dark roast coffee you could get, hands down. And it's much less expensive than the Upstairs Cafe or other franchise competitors. The service deserves 5 stars, the middle aged jellyfish lady served me very well, so props to her. Hope this place stays forever because I love coffee especially the kind they sell here.

Weird looking .96 Gal that I found

I found this defunct weapon from a random wasteland in Splatlands (34.352356 N, 116.276682 W) and it looks so similar to .96 Gal. It was inside a heavy duty plastic container and the overall quality was in good shape - no rust, no plastic degradation.

It’s in black and light brown color and where there is supposed to be an ink tank, is a cylindrical contraption with six holes instead. Unlike .96 Gal, the buttstock has a lever that enables the stock to slide back and forth. There’s a hook in front of the tank and when you pull it and rotate the grip at the same time, the whole thing hinges on to one side. The foregrip is perpendicular to the barrel unlike .96 Gal. There’s a small switch just on top of the grip that enables trigger to be fully depressed or not.

What’s really interesting is that you can rotate the “tank” like a spiral spring (it has quite a tension), and winds down one by one per trigger pull (the hole and the barrel are aligned perfectly after every action). It did not fire any projectile when I pulled the trigger, even if I put ink inside those holes.

The optic is bulkier than the one on .96 Gal and to my surprise, it is illuminated in red light, bearing an overall shape of a cross. There are several tick marks on the side and the optic can be tilted downward for unknown reason.

Interesting piece of weapon overall, dunno if this is a prototype of .52/.96 Gal, a lesser known weapon used during the great turf war, a toy gun from the past, or some unicorn level prehistoric item. I think the .52 and .96 Gal could be better with adjustable buttstock and an optic.
