Aaron: and youre sure about this?

Olive: oh, i cant wait!!! Im so excited!!!

[Camera footage shows two inmates in prison starting a fight with each other, the two nearly come to blows when an Octoling steps between the two.

Dealer: Please gentlemen, this isn't how we should be conducting ourselves. This is a place of rehabilitation!

*Everyone in the yard starts to stare at Dealer, who's smile grows once they realize they have an audience.*

Dealer: I'm sure everyone has some life outside of these walls that they want to get back to out there. Show of hands?

*A large grouping of people raise their hands*

Dealer: Yes, and we've all done bad things to get us in here, and this is our second chance! The powers that be decided that we are capable of turning our life of crime around, we wouldn't want to disappoint them would we?

*Distant murmuring*

Dealer: But there are those outside of these walls that don't have such mercy... I'm sure you've all heard of the TREE assassinations, some of you driven to seek refuge in here to hide from them.

They don't think you deserve that second chance... They're willing to threaten you and take down everything you hold dear!

*The crowd starts to get rowdy*

Dealer: So I say, why let them? Why should we live in fear of people who want us dead? We're the dredges of society, those cast down but given that oh so alluring light of redemption that they seek to take.

So I say we defend Inkopolis, defend the NSS, defend our so wonderful hosts that let us atone for our sins! And if we die we die knowing that we finally brought out true justice in the world, not one brought about by government or blade, but by the sweat of the downtrodden seeking the light. WHO'S WITH ME?!

*A chorus of cheers meet Dealer's call*

Announcer: Thus far no bodies have been recovered, so we can only hope they are safe wherever they are.

[A limping person can be seen walking towards the table of 10007.]

Tom:Hey, hello, I have an appointment with the boss.

10007: You took your time, I is expecting you!

[He opened both doors to the office and stood in a large room with two large display cases that almost covered both walls. Apparently, it contained a lot of homemade items. And an old telephone.]

Dr. Toxic: tom, there you are, I was expecting you

Tom: That's a great honor. Why did you summon me?

Dr. Toxic: Can you explain to me why you're fifteen minutes late every day?

Tom: So, I broke my leg.

Dr. Toxic: We have elevators, you know that, right?

Tom: But there is currently No elevator works

Dr. Toxic: Excuse me?

Tom:So, uh, uh

[The doctor suddenly pressed a button on his desk]

Dr.Toxic: 10007 Please place a chair in front of the door.

10007: ok

Dr. Toxic: Tom, please sit outside.

Tom: oh uh ok

[Tom sat for a good fifteen minutes outside the Office . From inside, one could hear his boss on the phone, getting louder and louder. He was practically shouting. Then Tom was invited back in.]

Dr. Toxic: Tom, I'm very disappointed. In us. This company claims to care deeply about its employees. And when such a mistake comes to light, I find it unforgivable

So I will release you from the next six weeks of work. You should go home and spend time with your familie. You will of course be paid. These six weeks will not be deducted from your vacation time, by the way.

Tom: Thank you, sir. How can I ever repay you?

Dr. Toxic: By spending time with your familie. And don't worry, when they get back, The elevators will work again. And now, off you go. I don't want to see you in this building anymore; I want to see you on your way home to your familie.

Tom: Thank you, sir, see you soon. Bye.

[The truck comes to a sudden stop, as Seviki steps out of the vehicle]

[Seviki takes one of the devices out of the truck and plants it in the sand, pressing a few buttons as it activates, letting out a rhythmic pulse]

"I had strings, but now I'm free..."

[Seviki gets back in the truck and drives off again with more devices in tow]

"There are no strings on me..."

Agent O: so now that the Salmonling thing is over, we went ahead and booked our wedding date.

I have no quarrels with big stories in the subreddit but sometimes I feel like it became too big to the point it feels like it hard to keep track of what is going on. Heck I feel the subreddit somewhat deviated from the slice of life focus it had on the earlier days. I know big plot points is what keeping it alive but sometimes it feels too much to the point that I barely post nowadays. It might just be me but I wish there are more people rping as normal inkfish going about their day instead of agents or having a higher purpose to save the world from mass genocide or something.

Boutta be discharged again! I honestly don't feel much different but eh- better than being in two pieces.

*Now in, he proceeds to browse the computer for the latest dossiers on the NSS's most wanted list - at least, the ones he hasn't managed to kill yet. He downloads each one to a drive of his own*

*he leaves, wiping any trace of his activites from the computer on his way out*

Polo: So aside from turf wars, work or whatever crisis of the week's rocking the world. What do you guys like to get up to?

I like to cook to offer up a example. I'd love to have my own restaurant one day. But for now I just occasionally do a shift at the lounge food stand. Tried to get into music but that's a whole lot of work that's not really paid off.

2 minutes left in the match. The Inky Shell Smashers have control of the tower and are nearing the final goal point. Their opponents, Blue Wave, are relentlessly stepping up their defense. Tani stands on top of the tower, taking pot shots here and there while keeping the platform inked and under her team's control.

"30 meters to go, we got this!"

On a couple of nearby ledges, two snipers watch the tower. Tani peeks out from her swim form, and in what seems like an instant, is hit twice by the snipers. The first shot knocks her goggles off her eyes, the second one catches her directly and she falls off the tower. Not splatted but no longer in control of the tower.

30 seconds remaining

Her teammates are quick to dispatch the two snipers and prevent the other Blue Wave members from snagging the tower. In the end, Inky Shell Smashers win when the time runs out. Amidst the excitement, no one had noticed that Tani hasn't gotten up from the floor and appears to be covering her face in pain.

"Son of a...mother...fucker!!" She shouts as she bangs her fist on the floor. Medical inkfish arrive to check her. The crowd is quiet as they wait to see what happened. After a moment, she's standing and the crowd cheers and applauds that she's up. She is escorted off the field by the medics, still holding one hand over her eyes.

The Inky Shell Smashers will need to call on a reserve player as Tani is injured and unable to play for some time.

Y:ok so, curly found a way to get me out of the rooms and into inkopolis (through “legal😉” means) so now I’m here!
