Dipshit landlord
My landlord is such an asshole. I paid my rent a week ago. Today he suddenly calls me if I am at home, I texted him saying no, I am at my hometown. He said a tenant wanted to see the place. I said I am at my hometown, can’t you show someone else’s house.
Then he texted the real reason:
He was such a coward he called me to ask for my rent increase by 1.5k a month for a small shitty ass 1bhk. Earlier we had agreed on call to pay 12k a month as I stay alone, and I travel half of the time.He said okay and I have paid this same amount for 3 months now. Today he suddenly calls me at night and says you have to pay 1.5k more than what you were paying.
That apartment doesn’t even have much facilities just basic facilities. It doesn’t even have cc camera, nothing.
Man landlowners are becoming moneyfuckers.
