Oh, the frustration is so real…and I’m living in Arizona where the temperatures are well over 100°!!!

AC has gone out officially for the third time. I’ve brought it back to the dealership and they tell me that “it is blowing cold air there’s nothing wrong” the first time. I took pictures and videos of proof after driving for 30 minutes with the AC button on blowing the low max air, and putting a temperature gauge in my vent and it temp at 85°. They then took me more seriously and told me that I had no coolant or Freon. (Can’t remember which one so be nice and I’m not a mechanic obviously!!).

They told me that I have to refill this every 7 years and I’ve owned the car for 2 years. They told me that they were unable to find where the leak was, but it should be fine The last time I took it in. I’m so upset because my warranty is close to expiring and I feel like the dealership isn’t taking me seriously and they just kind of suck to be honest.

Does anyone have any advice or has anyone else experience this issue with their CX five? It has already passed lemon law so now I’m just relying on my dealership warranty. I only have 6000 more miles until my warranty expires and they have not been able to resolve this since before December of last year.
