2023 Ascent long-term reliability
I am close to buying a used 2023 Onyx. Does anyone know if there are any long-term reliability issues for that year similar to first gen Ascents?

Does anyone have a local company that they would recommend for this? Specifically a reverse osmosis system that will eliminate PFAs.
I have a 2018 Mazda6 Grand Touring. Yellow check engine light is giving off the code P0303. Both the dealer and a third-party mechanic confirmed that the third cylinder is losing 95% compression. Dealer noted that they have "never seen a piston ring wear down in that before." Replacement with a used engine or an engine head job were my options per both the dealer and other mechanic. Is there any chance I can get goodwill assistance from Mazda to cover the repairs (anywhere from $5k to $10k depending on the multiple quotes). My preference is to continue using this car, as I other large expenses looming and do not want to have to get a new car. Does anyone have experience with this?
