New sub, just picked up a job as a "resource teacher", what is that and should I pass it up for someone more experienced?
I looked briefly online and it said it was like a special-ed teacher, which makes me very nervous as what "special ed" is can range from Deaf kids (I'm fluent in ASL, that'll be fine) to kids with behavioral problems that I don't feel qualified to handle. Please advise, and thank you in advance.
