What is this (again)??

OK, about four or five months ago I posted a bunch of pictures of these weird crater like circles that appeared on my ankle and my other shoulder blade. This one started the same as a little red bump and is almost in the exact place as the one before but on the opposite side.

Why don’t they fill the coffee cups with a tiny bit of liquid in tv shows and movies?

It’s always so obvious that the coffee cup is empty and it drives me crazy! Throw a little bit of water in there! Is there an actual reason? They use juice for wine and iced tea for whiskey but no one holds an empty cup the same way as one that supposedly has hot liquid in it. It’s not important at all I just want to know haha

Lupus + agoraphobia + photosensitivity! help!!

I have dealt with agoraphobia ever since I was diagnosed with Lupus in 2017 since my immune system does not work! Covid didn’t help but at least everyone was stuck at home lol. My issue is that I live in Georgia and I’m not allowed to go in the sun because it causes Lupus flareups and makes me really sick. People always tell me I should just go out for walks or go sit at a park, which I’d love to do but can’t. I need to figure out some kind of solution that helps me take baby steps, but doesn’t involve the sun or the heat or walking. It’s so frustrating

How do you beat the heat (especially in GA!)

I know it might seem like a stupid question but does anyone have tips or tricks or a little secrets for staying cool while working outside? My boyfriend is a pool tech and he has to work in boots and jeans because all the chemicals, but I feel like there has to be a better option or at least a lighter one! Any tips welcome for beating the heat and humidity
