LiBRE and the Legal Aid Foundation are hosting a special meeting next week, Wednesday, June 3rd at 6pm exclusively for tenants and former tenants of Tom Lewis properties - including those under the ownership or management of Claudia Keshishian, Nick Daddow, Carolyn Keshishian, Ralph Ulibarri, and some other properties he is attached to, including Long Beach properties 771-777 Alamitos; 801-807 Alamitos; 333 Orange; 620-622 Pacific; 943 N Washington; 412-420 Zona.

The meeting location is not yet announced, but please save the date and expect to meet in the Alamitos Beach area of Long Beach. Snacks will be provided.

This meeting will clarify your rights and what you may be eligible for.

That includes instances where work or other favors were exchanged for a bed or room, public benefits or vouchers accepted, where housing at his properties was arranged by an SSDI payee or housing navigator, where garages or other unpermitted living spaces were rented as living spaces, and even if you were never given a lease or made to sign a lease. Contrary to what you may have been told, you can still be considered a tenant.

If you want more information or if you can't attend, please email LiBRE contact@wearelbre.org

Please feel free to spread the word to others.

- Just passing this along from others. I'm waiting on the meeting location myself. DM me and I'll share it when it's announced.

Blue dots of death for the new amphitheater already?

I was curious how many seats were still available for the hyped up amphitheater opening in just over three weeks.

Womp womp.

I actually didn't expect it to be this bad.
