I’m a noob to all this so sorry in advance - I recently homebrewed my roommates DSi & she wants to trade with me. Would we need Pretendo for this or can we do it locally with 2 modded consoles (3DS for me DSi for her)? I havent played Heart Gold or traded pokemon before but I am the one between us both that knows more about modding. Is Pretendo 3DS exclusive or can she get on the servers with her DSi? Sorry if these questions are really obvious answers as I’ve only been homebrewing for the past 6 months and thanks in advance :)

I first tried NSPSplitty through wine - that worked but Goldleaf gives error 2356-0009 0x1364 (I tried switching from read only to read and edit, still no luck)

DBI doesnt allow me to install the 00 file, only shows install updates

I cant do MTP connection because Mac

I cant physically put the unsplit NSP file into the SD card or use FTPD because its too big

I have the updated tinwoo but it crashes when i try to download the split files

I'm ripping my hair out here lol please help

Does anyone have any links to ergonomic cases for the original 3ds? All the ones i find online are for the XL - idc about the color but if there is a pink one id be soooo happy. The 3ds cramps up my hands soo bad so i need an ergonomic case for it

unsure if this is the right subreddit for this - I'm currently a NYC resident looking to move to Washington state for 2 years to finish a degree. I was a Washington resident until 2021 (graduated highschool, had WA DL, and voted in WA state), and I'm now a NYC resident. I'm trying to change my residency status to get a cheaper tuition on school. I'd be keeping my job based in NYC as I work remote. Is it possible to hold residency in more than one state if I'm working for a NY based company and living in WA? How do I change my residency quickly? I'd be living with a family friend, do they need to make a lease with my name on it now in order for me to be a resident by the time I go to back to school (next year)? Just trying to figure out how to make this as simple as possible because I have previously been a WA resident. If this is not the right subreddit please advise on which one is LOL thanks in advance!

I just recently got fashion forward (grew up on trendsetters) & I noticed in the DLC settings there is an option for "Download Codes" & prompts me to type something in. I was curious if anyone knew what this is in relation to & if its functional.

I love my hair & I love being high maintenance but I cannot afford to pay for essentially 2 double processes every 6 weeks (8 weeks if im lazy and broke lol). I'm a natural level 7. I'm trying to decide between dying it all orange (same color as in picture) or doing a low maintenance blonde. I like being level 1 blonde but when my roots grow out it makes my hair look dirty and greasy all the time. I also love stripy, chunky highlights but Idk if thats a possibility with a low maintenance blonde
