Basically: why do conservatives as a policy generally support and vote for business subsidies and tax giveaways for business, but typically oppose or limit benefits to individuals?
Example 1: Trump tax cuts in term one had no sunset clause for business… but did for individuals. Why put that sunset in at all?
Example 2: It’s ever easier for companies to shield or shed liabilities - but it’s fought hard for people to more easily shed debt.
How can this not be seen in any way but "might makes right", which is antithetical to human norms and democracy.
Are conservatives afraid of a straight battle of voters and ideas?
