Your opinion on the R/N Touch Ranger after 20 years
So its been over 20 years since this build debuted and spread throughout PvP, mostly in Faction related PvP like Alliance Battle and Fort Aspenwood. What was your initial opinion when you deal with in its prime years, and your opinion on them now.
For those that somehow haven't heard of this infamous build, it revolves around the Ranger using their Expertise to spam both Touch skill, dealing ignore armor damage regardless of the user's armor while keeping the user alive with the life steal. It has its own article in the wiki.
