[Non-OC] The best thing I see all week!

Does anyone know why the kitty on the far left looks a bit different from the rest?

Unlike the others, this kitty doesn't do the beckoning pose (one paw raised) and doesn't wear the red collar with the bell and the green bib. I wonder why that is and whether it's anything significant.

I've encountered one theory that says that this kitty >!is actually a real cat, unlike the others, which are Maneki-nekos.!<
