Pros: 2 years as Junior at a “prestigious” firm known for great training and exit opportunities (if lumabas daw as senior). Recognized by by seniors and managers as a high-performer with a chance for early promotion to Senior but no assurance yet since need pa ng maraming approvals, other factors have to be considered pa raw, and if kaya ng budget.
Cons: Heavy workload, frequent unpaid overtime, and low pay (₱24k gross). Promotion only bumps it to ₱35k gross with more workload and the same toxic culture.
**Reasons** (to resign and change company)
1 Severe Burnout: Nagbida-bida ako to earn the promotion kaya ayan napagod haha
2 Financial Pressure: Family expenses just spiked dahil nadagdagan maintenance medicines ni tatay and hindi nakapasa sa college scholarship yung kapatid ko
3 Comparison: Mga friends ko sa same field ay mas malaki sahod kesa sakin

A. Sister Company (₱40-50k gross): Offers the same prestige sa name and training, with lesser workload (daw, sabi ng mga kilala ko dun) and higher salary na. PERO may risk kasi before mag proceed sa hiring process, HR needs approval daw from my current boss muna na i want to transfer sa sister company, which could ruin my promotion chances if I don't get the job pala.
B. Private Company (₱40k+): Already applied, but the hiring process is notoriously slow and highly competitive.

Problem/Goal: Pls help me to get out sa burnout stage na to.
Context: WFH, corporate. I can’t afford to leave dahil i need money and puro na deadlines pero hindi ko ginagawa work ko. Ang dami and mahirap kaya lalo nakakaoverwhelm. Ilang araw na kong puro kain at hilata lang pero pagod pa rin ako. Parang gusto ko lang maging frozen. Masipag naman ako non pero ang tamad ko na ngayon. Ilang beses na ako napagbigyan to move the deadline pero eto na talaga ang final final final deadline. Nahihiya na ko sa mga boss ko pero hindi ko talaga malabanan sarili ko. Minsan gusto ko nalang magpakahulog sa hagdan o iinjure sarili ko para madodge ko yung work. Pero hindi naman kasi masosolve dun, kailangan ko pa rin tapusin.

- i tried 10 mins straight no work distraction hoping na matutuloy ko yung momentum pero not effective sakin now
- i tried being a night person and morning person, wala nang fit na productivity hours sakin
- i tried so hard na wag madistract like ilayo phone ko, wag madisturb ng ibang kasama sa bahay, pero nasusuka ako just thinking about the work I need to do na (na hindi ko na ginagawa now hay)
- i tried not working pag weekends to “relax and rest” pero nahahaunt ako ng guilt. Pero puro lang ako guilt, walang action to work.
