We get that they're cool and versatile, but most of the posts are rehashes of the same idea someone else came up with first or relentless cross-posts spammed in every Minecraft subreddit.

Hello all, not sure if this is where to post/ask for help, but I'm hoping someone can help or at least can commiserate with me.

I just installed the latest update on my phone and it changed the UI to my clock app (when I open it to set alarms, timers, and view other timezones, etc...)

And it's a small thing to most, but it drives me insane — the background keeps moving on me. I also hate that it's all dark and purplish/green. I went into settings and can change the background of my _alarms_, but it doesn't affect the background of the app itself.

I'm autistic and for me it's actually a huge sensory overload to have a moving background. I always have gifs turned off, no autoplay on videos, ad blockers, etc... anything to prevent unwanted additional sensory stimuli.

Does anyone know how to help? I'll probably just find a 3rd party app, but it's frustrating to have things change on me unexpectedly.

I don't know if this is a bug or a something meant to happen — but I'm still seeing posts/comments from people I've chosen to block.

The entire reason I BLOCKED them was so I didn't have to see their comments.
