How can I decide which notifications get a dot in my notification bar and which don't?
reddit.comThe transfer market isn't broken
When are people going to get over the “transfer market being broken” ffs. Every other transfer you see posted on here, the top comments are all talking about how the market is broken
Was it broken when the world record transfer fee went from £100 to £500 in the space of 3 years in the 1890s?
Are clubs going out of business more nowadays compared to the past or something? What does the transfer market being broken even mean? They're just unsubstantiated words. Let businesspeople do business. I'm not going to listen to the financial insights of people who pay for their Uber Eats orders with Klarna instalments
Phytoplankton use sunlight to make food. Zooplankton eat the Phytoplankton. Krill eat the zookplanton. Sardines eat the krill. Salmon eat the sardines. You order a salmon sandwich on Uber Eats. The only ones in this food chain that has a right to complain about anything is the phytoplankton
Similarly, the only ones who have any right to complain about some bang average midfielder going for £100m are the clubs that produced them. I don't care if some club that bought him for £20m can't hold onto him, and neither should you
Most clubs in the 1890s couldn't afford to drop 500 of Queen Victoria's pounds on a player. Some could. It's the same as ever. Go watch NFL if you want to watch communistball. This is a capitalist sport
Do you sometimes scratch your back on a fixed object, like a door frame, in a similar way to a bear does with a tree?
One of life's great pleasures IMO. I can see why bears do it
Is there a UK supermarket that sells wings as drumettes and flats, rather than as whole chicken wings?
I much prefer eating my chicken wings in this configuration, but it seems like nowhere sells them. Anyone know anywhere that sells them, or am I just going to have to break them apart myself before cooking?
Darts World Number 1 Luke Littler: "Lamine Yamal hasn’t really accomplished a lot. Maybe he scored a goal and made an assist. Is he the best 19-year-old in the world? No, he isn't. The way I’m winning my games and titles, I’m probably the best athlete in the world right now."
sport.sky.deNutrition tracking on Garmin watches: is there no way to track daily fibre intake and other micronutrients?
I decided to switch from MyFitnessPal to Garmin for nutrition tracking because I figured it would be more convenient, but it seemingly doesn't allow me to track daily micronutrient intake. All I see is the three macros: proteins, fats and carbs
Anyone keenly into nutrition will have seen countless articles about how important fibre is for our health and how most people don't get anywhere near enough of it, so it seems like a massive oversight from Garmin to leave it out
Does anyone know if there is actually a way of seeing it, or have Garmin simply decided to leave a feature out that every other nutrition tracking app includes?
