~33 hours of collecting fragments at Runespan and still not able to even equip the inferior skilling outfit
*sad RNG noises*
This is 39,600 fragments worth of pieces. I've gotten 3 heads, 3 gloves, 3 boots, and 1 body/legs that do not match. Seems weird to gate the inferior version of the skilling outfit so much.
If you assume 1,200 fragments per hour, that's 33 hours of Runespan and still gain no benefit from the outfit.
