A supplement that changed your life?

Has anyone tried a supplement that genuinely changed your life? And I don’t mean “I think I sleep a little better” or “maybe I have slightly more energy.” I’m talking about a drastic difference in your physical or mental health, sleep, energy, aging, etc etc. If yes, what supplement was it, what changed, and how long did it take before you noticed the difference? Also curious whether you had a known deficiency beforehand or whether the result completely surprised you.

Anyone else got obsessed with LD?

I’m officially obsessed. My old ranking for favorite Trek was this:
Old was:

  1. TNG and VOY
  2. TOS
  3. ENTERPRISE
  4. DS9
  5. LD
  6. SNW
  7. Prodigy
  8. Picard
  9. TAS

Now LD jumped to #2 and I’m so obsessed. I’ve been watching it on repeat for 4 months.. this didn’t even happen with TNG or VOY though I’m still quite obsessed with both. My intros to Trek / forever #1

Anyone else had LD grow on them THIS much? What is your favorite episode/joke/cameo/reference?

Edit 1: yes, I know Disco and Academy are not on the list. I don’t think of them as Trek. I’m only happy they had the decency to set them in the far future 😅

Edit 2: TNG and VOY are both #1 because I can never pick, love both to pieces and forever

What is the most and least affectionate breeds of cats?

I know I know most are going to say “shelter babies” or “the one I found in the trash” are most affectionate and I wholeheartedly agree. But I am just curious, out of actual breeds, which ones are most/least affectionate? So far I heard of 2 “untouchables”British Shorthair and Scottish Fold, while Sphynx cats love to cuddle..

Help with quitting 7oh and managing withdrawals

I took minimal dose (50mg) of tramadol for many years without any issues for my chronic pain. Then I discovered 7oh.. I found that not only it helps my pain, it helps my anxiety, mood, energy, productivity etc.etc. Well, my dose kept increasing and now I’m at 800mg per day. I need to quit because it’s so expensive and I just want to be free.. CT is not an option. I’ve to work and need to be able to function. I am considering 2 options:

  1. Taper
  2. Suboxone
I plan to take a combo of sleeping pill and gummies at night so I can sleep. Maybe also ask for short term benzos for anxiety. Need your advice, success stories and just general feedback please. I am very scared but I know I can do it. Keep in mind, I’m at 800mg per day. So if someone successfully gotten off large doses like that.. please help!
