Red Splotches Appeared on Face

Red Splotches Appeared on Face

A couple months ago these red spots appeared by my nose and I thought they would naturally go away but they haven’t. They burn sometimes when i put certain products or cover up on them. Anyone have this happen before? Should I go to a derm? Thanks in advanced!

What made you finally lock in?

I’m 33F and currently at the heaviest I’ve ever been in my life. It doesn’t help that a medication I was on also added 20lbs to my weight that’s sucked.

I have a pretty physical job, I’m on my feet all day and lifting things so getting the motivation to workout after is pretty hard. I’m stuck in some not great habits, heavy drinking, laying around, sugar intake.

It feels so hard to overcome and It often feels like it’s too late. I hate looking in the mirror. I hate how I feel. I want to make a change but sometimes get overwhelmed and can’t figure out where to start.

What helped you finally lock in? How did you overcome the poor habits? Or rather what habits did you focus on improving first?
