How in the world can I get a job …

I have 4 years of clinical ( acute med surge ) experience as an RN. I have been non stop applying to remote nursing jobs ( Telehealth and utilization roles for the most part ) , have been denied for “ lacking experience “ when I have no other to get experienced unless I start the job . Or they look for specific course works and certs like interqual or CCM when that is also obtained when you start the job . What do I do ??? PLEASE HELP

Getting a job through Handshake

HAS anyone been able to get a remote AI job with Handshake ???? I swear I’ve had an account for like a month now , and anytime I try to apply to their AI job listings it says “ I am being considered” but I have had NO responses . I have a college degree in a healthcare speciality and I’d like to consider myself qualified enough especially with these “ no experience “ required jobs . What am I doing wrong ??? lol

I am wondering if I can also apply to general projects if I have already done medical speciality one

So I have been on DA platform based out of the US for about 4 weeks now , first week was fine and I had tasks under their medical domain project since that was the one I applied to . However , since completing everything I have had no projects for 3 weeks . I just got a task to complete a background check in lieu of more projects coming in hopefully ? I am wondering if I can apply to their general projects while I wait for my main projects to come through ? Has anyone experienced this ?

How to get my 6 month old BF baby to sleep w/out nursing over night .

I am a new mom of a 6month old baby who is exclusively breastfed and just started on solids . We gave her crib set up in our room , so when I put her down to sleep in the beginning of the night after bathing and nursing her she sleeps a few hours. But then she wakes up every 2 hours through the night fussing and wanting to nurse to fall back asleep. This results in me being so tired and giving in to her sleeping next to me in the bed as I’m nursing her. How do I get her to sleep independently through the whole night ?? Also she takes naps independently in her crib during the day just fine . This issue only happens over night .
