This OC, created with the help of u/the_icon_of_sin_MK2, went through a lot of changes to her backstory.

Her current backstory is that she's Calamitas Clone from an alternate timeline. Prior to the incineration of Ilmeris, Calamitas was already showing signs of insubordination, so the Calamitas Clone project was started early as an insurance policy in case she rebelled. This gave Draedon more time to determine the connection between the Brimstone Elemental and Calamitas' powers while developing the clone.

After numerous trial run clones he made and incinerated to prove his cloning technology worked, Draedon mixed Calamitas' DNA with recovered samples of the Brimstone Elemental's body, creating a clone that could harness Brimstone power. However, the moment this clone came out of the pod, she attempted to attack Draedon out of fear, which resulted in her accidentally mutilating herself. Her face was badly burned, she lost the ability to breathe, and both her arms were incinerated. She would have died had Draedon not revived her with prosthetic limbs and a life support system built into her body. This wasn't an act of good will, though, but rather necessity, as retrieving more samples of the Brimstone Elemental would prove more inconvenient than reviving the clone with weapons that could harness her magic without her destroying herself in the process.

The cyborg witch, Cylama, would go into battle in a full body suit, hiding her identity from Calamitas. Despite this, however, the witch and her clone would wind up forming a strong friendship. One which Yharim used to keep both girls under his control, securing his ultimate weapon and obtaining a second weapon of mass destruction.
