Is there any way to know if it’s safe to click on the redemption link ?

Does anyone have any advice/statements regarding this? Is there a way to avoid information collecting and unethical sourcing ? Hello, I’m very new to the whole idea of getting a tattoo, and I was wondering if I could get an insiders input. I’ve noticed a lot of tattoos (especially black ink areas) seem to look blurry or almost blue after so many years. I did some research and it says this is natural and will happen to all tattoos eventually, due to skin cells, is this true? (Tattoos aren’t mine, I’m not trying to repost or bash anyone, just using them as examples)
