Strategic Projects Lead Interview Process

Hi! Does anyone have any tips on the interview process for the SPL (Strategic Projects Lead) role? What is the first screening call with the recruiter like?

I believe the second round is a case- what kind of case prep does one need to do for that? Could someone please share their experience or how they experience/an example case? Any insight is appreciated. Thank you so much!

tips to get out of bed easily

I have been struggling to get out of bed the past few months, it feels like a punishment almost. I feel like I am freezing when I think about getting out of bed even though I am awake, I don’t know how to explain it. I think it stems from the fact that I genuinely don’t enjoy my work right now, but I also need to get through this till I find something new and would appreciate any tips or anything that genuinely helped you get out of bed / switch up your morning routine. Thank you Reddit!

how to stop being a yearner

not sure why I’m doing this but I wanted to share something I wrote about a guy I didn’t even date (a 1 year situationship 😃):

———————————————————————————————————

My friend once shared from a book she read, ‘unspoken expectations are premeditated resentments.’ But you know what? Nothing could ever make me resent you. I could try, use that as an excuse to close our chapter. Because the more I think about it, I hate the idea that this could have only been a chapter, not the book. Sometimes it makes my heart sick to come to terms with the fact that you might not be in the future, to accept reality and imagine that everything we shared might not lead anywhere but nowhere, because I still latch onto the potential of us and the beautiful connection we shared.

I still find myself thinking of you, I find myself listening to Portuguese music and thinking about the little things you would do to go about your day so I feel closer to you- all your little habits and idiosyncrasies. I try to remember your smell and the twinkle in your eye, but I know time will make memories fade and it does break my heart to think that this will turn into nothing but a distant memory.

They say hope can be a dangerous thing when anchored in false potential, but I carry you in my heart even now, even though it does nothing but feed into my delusion. I think I write about you so I can mourn you, mourn us. I will cherish what we shared and it pains me to do this but I need to close our little chapter because that might be the only way I can say goodbye…

———————————————————————————————————

I keep thinking I’m over it and I am fine 90% of the time, but there are moments where I randomly crash out over it because we had such an incredible connection and it just stopped one fine day. We still care for each other, but don’t talk the way we used to. I don’t know why this is hitting me now after so many months and that’s exactly what I’m trying to understand
