On a sick leave you are protected and cannot be fired (unless you don't try to integrate at all). How can I be sure I am not getting kicked out immediately on the 1st day I'm officially back at work? On one hand, I was reintegrating step by step as advised. On the other hand, I've noticed that my two supervisors barely talk to me and they clearly maintain a distance. It feels like I am already crossed out. I wonder, if I am back, am I protected from "revenge" for being absent for so long? I am genuinly afraid to recall the sickness until I have other job secured.
P.S. My sickness was not work-related and I did not blame anybody for having it.

I struggle with nausea, strong stomach and headaches that were diagnosed as psychosomatic and I agree with that diagnosis. I have EMDR for few months now and it kinda helps but the real progress in my body comes whenever I was able to cry a bit. However, it's very hard to force myself to do it as I don't have depression nor any particular events in the past that would trigger crying. Anyway, from time to time (like once in month) it happens when both the mood and therapy aligns somehow. Then after crying, I feel exhausted but then it's always become better overall and that progress is not reverting - which confirms the fact that it indeed helps to recover. Other recommended nervous system techniques (breathing, bilateral movements, physical exercises) work slightly and temporarily only. The problem now is, as I slowly recover, that is has become getting harder and harder to cry. Anyone recalls something similar in their case?

Whenever you sell something with "Vraagprijs" there are always those incredible proposals about buying something for small part of the requested price. It's often ridiculous and annoying. I was trying to sell something like-new for already very occasional 70 EUR which is half the original price and yet I got literally bombed with messages like " ik wil het wel kopen voor €15". Like WTF is that proposal? Would somebody ask that in real life? In the past, I was blocking those people but now I wonder - are those bots maybe or do people really have no shame?
