Who is answering anything other than “Far Too Difficult” in reality? I’m not giving the game any data that will be used to manipulate my experience.

They are clearly trying to gather data on how well people enjoy this style of matchmaking before the release of the next Modern Warfare

We’ve been there and done that with the manipulation, there’s no way I’m giving any feedback in any nature stating I found it easy

This game has felt the same for far too long, we need a weapon balance shake up or something

I enjoy the game but had a break from it because it started to feel stale with everyone using Sniper Drones, Dragon’s Breath and Scramblers

Came back today because I fancied a few matches after work, the game felt boring even though I was going on killstreaks because it’s the exact same as it was a few weeks ago in terms of meta.

Was killed by someone with all red perks that was not displayed on the HARP and I instantly got the “ahh cba” feeling.

I get it’s that time of year but every match is starting to feel the same and I’ve just checked and there’s still 11 days of season 3.

Two years ago we scraped artex ceilings flat ready for plastering, now we are worried for our health

Hi all

So two years ago me and my girlfriend moved into our first home where every ceiling in the house contained this artex coated ceiling. We hated the look of it so the first job of the house was to get rid of it

To help with costs we scraped all of the bumpy parts off ourselves with two others which took about 3 to 4 hours. During this time there was a lot of dust and debris falling all over the house

I can’t remember if we had masks and even if we did it would have been the Covid style ones.

I’ve read about asbestos since and it has us worried for future health implications because of this task. I’ve also read it’s mostly long term occupational exposure that causes issues and even then it isn’t guaranteed, but not exposure is a good one

Just wondering if anyone has any advice, the house was constructed in 1998/1999 which was just before the asbestos ban

Surely everyone can agree that field upgrades once planted on the map should have a lifespan of how long they stay active for. There is no argument against this because they all recharge within a reasonable time frame.

This game has just turned into a side quest of “find the scramblers” because it’s all anyone ever runs for some reason.

One player should be able to have one field upgrade active at a time, end of. I can only have one echo unit, so why is it any different for something that blocks the minimap, disrupts streaks and disrupts equipment.

I could run engineer but I prefer vigilance to get around the current scrambler spam as I don’t always want to be the one having to destroy them.

As most people play in parties I’ve had entire teams running scramblers making it a nightmare for my usually already bad teammates to get an understanding of what is going on.

It’s a viable play style and they have a part to play in the game, but it needs a nerf as it’s getting a bit silly now.

Just a disclaimer here, I’m not fussed what sort of matchmaking is in the game, as long as there is transparency about what is going on.

I’m convinced they are either AB testing with the matchmaking in prep for CoD 2026 or the playerbase has dropped off wildly in the last month.

Things experienced that make me think this:
- I’m never on my local server (London)
- Ping is higher on average, matches taking a bit longer to find
- I’m running into people I ran into when SBMM was dialled up (we recognise each other from BO6)
- Everyone is using the exact same loadout, variety is more or less gone
- Constantly Crimson and above in the lobbies
- I get probably one match a play session where I think “oh the game is throwing me a bone with this lobby”
- Prior to season 3 I was getting nukes, since season 3 I think I’ve had two Brutal’s.

Last week I got an email telling me my weekly stats, 2.86E/D but a 0.41W/L across 62 total matches. Could go absolute balls to the wall for the obj but when everyone is doing the same thing it’s like it almost goes out of the window and it turns into a meat grinder session. I’m also aware 2.86 is nothing to cry about, I can get kills and stay alive but Jesus winning is another story at the moment.

Ultimately if they want SBMM to be back then whatever, people are better nowadays than before, CoD is a nearly 23 year old franchise, however when it’s claimed to be “open” I shouldn’t be running into the same people day in day out, or never connecting to a UK server.
