Which way to put fork back together?

Iunno on which side the damper (19) and the bottom stopper (11) go :c

I thought I took a pic on how I took it apart but I may have mixed parts up.

I used to think both damper and stopper go on the driver side. Now I've seen other forks in videos with them on the non-drive side.

Also the Suntour manual says they go on different sides?!? But also the manual says I'm only supposed to have 1 spring when I've got 2. And apparently the NEX 4000 is a 26" fork but they fit my 28" bike so now I'm confusion :ccc
