For me it's becoming quite central. I think it's probably the main thing I walked away with after my brief time in OCIA. I have a Catholic prayer book with tons of Marian prayers. I'll keep it near for sure.

I can barely function.
I was slow tapering for about 4 years, twice having to go back up because I tapered too much. After my most recent taper, which went fairly smooth, there were several symptoms that just didn't go away. Cognitive, sexual, appetite, digestive, sleep, anxiety. Everything is off. Nothing is quite "right." It's not super distressing - like it doesn't hurt, but it's interfering with life and functioning. It's been this way about 5 months now. Well, 5 months since initial withdrawal started. Usually symptoms clear up after 2-3 months.
What would you advise? Obviously I'm going to hold here for a bit on dose.
The drug I'm tapering is fluoxetine.
