Agency owners: What's the best AI email agent you are using to scale?

i run a small ecommerce email marketing agency (right now, we handle 7 stores and their email flows and campaigns) , i want to automate our everyday engagement emails and focus on fixing the technical side of things. i have only 3 people working for me and i want to focus more on the things that give my clients the roi they expect and automate the ones that are everyday emails but brings engagement. what do you think is the right tool or I would love to hear any workflow strategies that worked for you before you scaled!

Moving a clothing biz from IG to Shopify... what are we missing??

My friend has been running a pretty successful clothing business on instagram for a while now. she does these curated collecctions for working women, and it’s been growing really fast just through DMs. I’ve suggested she finally move it over to shopify to actually scale it, so she’s finally considering the jump.

We are trying to prep everything so there are no big surprises, but I want to make sure I’m giving her solid advice. So far we are looking at: 1) building a website 2) collecting customer information to stay in touch with them 3) whatsapp business account 4) setting up shopify store 5) managing billing and subscription side 6) tracking delivery 7) managing return based on policy 8) customer support . is there anything we are missing. We are looking for things that are effective but not super expensive for a small business just starting out.

Is there anything else she needs to prepare for that usually catches people off guard when moving from social to a real store on SHopify?

the situation: client sends about 150k monthly. technicals are flawless (dmarc on reject, perfect alignment, dedicated ip). for the last two years they’ve been sitting at a High domain reputation in google postmaster.

the problem: mid april their open rates dropped from 32% to 6% overnight. we ran seed list tests... 100% spam placement on gmail. but here is the kicker: google postmaster is still showing a high green reputation and a 0.0% spam rate.

the "standard" fixes we already tried:

  • content check: sent a plain text "can you hear me now" test. still spam.
  • esp hop: tried a fresh sub account. still spam.
  • list scrub: ran the whole list through a validator. it was already 98% clean.

it’s clearly a IP reputation hit but the official dashboard is lagging so hard its basically useless for real time troubleshooting. it feels like we’re flying blind trying to find which specific campaign or segment triggered the filter since the data is 48 to 72 hours behind.

how do u guys handle a client who is losing money now when the official tools say everything is fine? do u just pause all sends and pray or is there a way u are seeing the dip before the dashboard updates?

i'm curious what you would do if you were in my place

My laptop screen is slightly coming off, I have added a picture. I have been using this for my work for about 4 years now, and i think buying a new one right now is not a good idea. Do u think this will hold for another month, I have a vacation coming in June. I thought I will give it for service before I leave for my vacation and then get it back when I resume work. What do you think?

I know how much pressure is out there. Every app, chart, and social media feed seems to be constantly tracking what our babies "should" be doing by now. It’s so easy to feel like if they aren't hitting every milestone on the exact schedule the experts suggest, we’re somehow missing the mark.

But I’ve learned to take a step back and just breathe. When my daughter clearly hated tummy time, I stopped pushing through the tears. She was "late" to flip over compared to what I read online, but I realized that trying to force her wasn't helping, it was just adding stress to both of us.

I decided to trust her lead. I stopped acting like a coach and started being a partner. I just provided the environment and waited for her to show me she was ready. And you know what? She got there. She hit every milestone on her own timeline, and we both kept our sanity intact.

To the moms who are feeling that heavy weight of "is my baby behind?" I want to tell you that it is okay to let go of the clock. Your baby knows what they are doing, and you are doing a great job just by watching and being there for them.

Is anyone else finding peace in just following their child’s lead? Or does the pressure still creep in for you, too? I’d love to hear how you handle those moments of worry.
