21gms Arabica in the V60 21 Clicks on C2S
15gms Robusta in the Drip Bag 18 Clicks on C2S
Both Medium Roasts
Robusta Bloomed separately first
Arabica bloomed and brewed over the Robusta in the drip bag
Slow circular motion for the V60 to create uniform agitation in the Robusta
Water temperature when starting: 93DegC
Result:
Heavy but smooth body
Fruit with dark chocolate taste and a lingering aftertaste
