Vitamin d3 60K IU for around 10 weeks. What's next?

few months ago my Vitamin D level came back at 8.49 ng/mL, so I was severely deficient. To improve it, I took Vitamin D3 60,000 IU for around 10 weeks.

People who take Vitamin D regularly what do you usually use for long-term maintenance?

Do you prefer:

* lower daily doses 600iu * higher daily doses 2000iu * plain D3 * or D3 + K2?

I’ve seen a lot of mixed opinions online about whether K2 is necessary with Vitamin D, so I wanted to hear real experiences from people here.

Vitamin D was 8.49 ng/mL Completed 10 weeks of 60K IU, confused about maintenance dose and K2

3 months ago my Vitamin D level came back at 8.49 ng/mL, so I was severely deficient. To improve it, I took Vitamin D3 60,000 IU for around 10 weeks.

Now I’m trying to figure out what I should do next for maintenance. I currently have two options: 600 IU daily 2000 IU daily

Someone suggested that 2000 IU daily would make more sense considering how low my levels were, but the 2000 IU supplement I have does not contain Vitamin K2.

That’s where I got confused because I’ve read articles online saying Vitamin D without K2 may lead to calcium buildup in arteries, while K2 helps move calcium into bones instead.

So now I’m wondering: Is plain D3 okay for long-term daily use?

Should I specifically buy a D3 + K2 supplement? I don't see any vitamin d3 2000iu comes with k2

Is 2000 IU too much for maintenance after severe deficiency?

Vitamin D level was 8.49 ng/mL finished 10 weeks of D3 60K IU, should I take 600 IU or 2000 IU now?

My Vitamin D level was 8.49 ng/mL, so I was severely deficient. I’ve now completed around 10 weeks of Vitamin D3 60,000 IU and I’m trying to figure out the best maintenance dose going forward.

Right now I have two options available:

  • 600 IU daily (highly popular)
  • 2000 IU daily (not much popular)
  • 60k IU (doesn't come with k2)

Which one would make more sense after recovering from such a low level?

I also wanted to ask:

  • Is D3 + K2 better for long-term use?
  • What maintenance dose worked for you after deficiency recovery?
  • which brand should I use?

My Vitamin D was 8.49 and B12 was 224 now how do I maintain the levels? And which brand is good ?

A few months ago my blood reports showed:

  • Vitamin D: 8.49 ng/mL (severely deficient)
  • Vitamin B12: 224 pg/mL (low/borderline low)

Since then:

  • I’ve been taking Vitamin D3 60K IU for the past ~10 weeks (1 tablet weekly)
  • I’ve also been taking Vitamin B12 1500 mcg daily for around 2 months

I’m feeling much better now, so I think my body probably has decent levels by now and I want to shift towards a proper maintenance routine instead of high-dose supplementation.

So I wanted to ask:

  • What maintenance dosage do you guys follow for Vitamin D3 and B12?
  • Which brand is good for both vitamins?
  • Should I continue 1500 mcg B12 daily or reduce frequency?

Brands i used:

Vit D3: Best Choice Vitamin D3 60,000 IU Softgels Cholecalciferol Supplement for Bone, Immunity and Muscle Health

Vit B12: thebodyreserve Vitamin B12 Tablets 1500 mcg as Methylcobalamin Supplements for Men & Women

How to sequence/order of my recorded video

I recorded multiple video clips on my friend’s phone and he sent them to me over WhatsApp. The problem is some clips were downloaded yesterday and some today, so now my gallery completely messed up the sequence/order.

The videos I recorded first are appearing last and vice versa . Is there any way to automatically restore the original recording order instead of manually renaming every clip?
