Is this surgical site healing normally? Yellow/white tissue around my mother's stitches

My mother recently had some dental surgery done to treat chronic periodontitis; this is 6 days post-op.

I took a photo of the surgical site on her palate, and as you can see, a yellowish-white patch is developing right next to the teeth and under the sutures.

Is this normal healing tissue (like fibrin or a slough), or does it look like an infection or something I should contact my dentist about?

Note: She feels like something is "loose" in her mouth

Thank you!

English teacher curious about zygomatic implants

I have a Brazilian student who teaches zygomatic implants to American implantologists. The work is originally from Dr. Carlos Aparicio. We are receiving A LOT of requests from American and Canadian dentists to learn this procedure. Can anyone explain to me why these zygomatic implants are so revolutionary?

English teacher looking for images/videos

I am a Brazilian ESL teacher working with a Brazilian implantologist. He teaches zygomatic implants to Americans. I am his interpreter, so I need all the necessary vocabulary, and I find it difficult to find videos of surgeries or anatomical images he needs.

Videos on upper-tooth implants would help me a lot. I found a very good atlas called "Netter's Head and Neck Anatomy for Dentistry". Maybe a 3D app would be even better, so we could simulate the procedures.

Does anyone have this type of content?

English teacher looking for videos/images to use with a student (implantologist)

I am a Brazilian ESL teacher, working with a Brazilian implantologist. We have a conference and two surgeries in September, and I'd like to see as many surgeries as possible, but I can't find any.

Does anyone know where I could find videos related to the upper teeth? My student teaches zygomatic implants to Americans, but I will be translating the entire process, so I need to be extremely well prepared.

Bonus points if I could find the anatomy of the skull in English

Videos on upper-teeth implants would help me a lot. Unfortunately, I don't know the technical terms, and his mother has Alzheimer's, so even though I ask him to try to find videos like these, I can't blame the guy for forgetting about it.

The anatomy of the skull is not very hard; almost everything is cognate, but all the pages I've seen only have the names in Portuguese. If I could find an anatomical model in English, that'd be great
