CRT-ception in Gears E-Day
Can't get over how great this game looks on a CRT. Running at 1600x1200 and I can turn everything up to the max settings on a 9070 XT at get consistent 75 fps vsync'd.

I was able to get a SLC8400WST from Walmart as part of the GeForce week sales. It was delivered today (with some shipping damage) and I just unboxed it and set it up and it's DOA. I don't know what level of troubleshooting I'm supposed to be attempting on a brand new PC so all I've done is re-seat the front panel connector and it is still not powering on. Tested both with the included power cable and a known good power cord. Confirmed the PSU is set to on. Power button does absolutely nothing, no fans spin up no lights on the motherboard. Just dead.
My only option through Walmart is a return with no exchange option. I would like the PC fixed under warranty as I have literally never even gotten to use it.
Has anyone dealt with a prebuilt from CyberPowerPC arriving DOA, and did CyberPowerPC issue an RMA for warranty repair rather than sending you back to a retailer for a refund?
UPDATE: I made a separate post, but it probably makes more sense to just put it in the OP.
Front panel connector on the case was the problem, lol. The 24 pin connector was also improperly installed on the PSU side. After inserting the other end of the 24 pin connector and removing the GPU I was able to get it to boot to Windows using the front panel connector off another case.
I installed all driver updates from the Gigabyte Control Panel and Windows Update. Did some rounds of reboots until there were no more pending, shut down and reinstalled the GPU. Still does not boot with a solid red VGA light on the motherboard.
Kept the GPU installed, but connected the display through the motherboard. Installed the drivers from Nvidia and the GPU was then showing in GPU-Z. Shut down, moved the display cable to the GPU and it now boots to Windows and everything is up and running.
So for now I guess I'm going to have this NZXT front panel connector running to my motherboard to power it on: https://imgur.com/a/zUxGVeP
I don't think this is the level of troubleshooting a user should have to do to get a PC to power on. This is very poor quality control imo. I am not the typical prebuilt PC buyer.
I will have to work with Cyberpower PC to either get the case RMA'd or see if I can just swap the front panel connector.

Not really sure how to market/price this. Most PCs I see on Facebook Marketplace with similar specs have a 5080 or better GPU and are listed for ~$3000. They're also usually pretty obviously built to be sold and might use slightly lower end components to keep costs down. This was my main PC and not built with being sold in mind, but it's honestly way overkill for my needs. Am I stuck listing for $2500 because of the 9070 XT or maybe hope someone is looking for a workstation PC that *can* game but doesn't have a top of the line GPU?
We have a Steam Machine at home, honey.
Briefly used for testing out Path Tracing in Nvidia only games. All components are present in the box. Only used the card and the 12V adapter.

This was my main build from last summer that I just replaced the SSD and replaced the air cooler I had installed with the AIO. I'm not sure what to list at because I know strictly components it's more upper mid range than high end. I'm not sure if aesthetics will add too much as it's not a pure white build either. I was thinking about listing for $1400 and hoping to get anything north of $1200. Does that seem reasonable?
I live reasonably close to two Micro Centers, which has been great for obtaining parts but I think may slightly depress resale value in my area.
Sorry for spamming I messed up my last post because I'm an idiot.
EDIT: Thank you this is sold
This is like new open box. Protective film has yet to be removed from the GPU. Installed in system just to test and confirm it is operational and not missing any ROPs/TPUs/Shaders. I have removed it from my PC and it is back in its box. I am located in the western suburbs (60504) and willing to travel a reasonable distance to meet.

I included my ratings on Facebook Marketplace and eBay seller ratings since I haven't previously made a trade. I am a real person as you can tell from my poor handwriting. I just don't use Reddit often.
