I made a Pipedrive Best Practices PDF — looking for feedback from small businesses

Hi everyone,

I recently put together a Pipedrive Best Practices PDF for small businesses that want to get more value from their CRM.

It covers common issues like messy pipelines, inconsistent follow-up, poor deal stage design, weak reporting, and low CRM adoption. I can add the link in comments if anyone is interested.

I’m also looking for one small business that uses Pipedrive and would be open to a free CRM health check. I’ll review your current setup, and spend one week helping you identify practical improvements.

This would be free. In return, I’d ask for honest feedback on the process and, if the project goes well, permission to write a short success story.

This may be a good fit if:

  • You use Pipedrive but feel like it is not fully working for your team
  • Your sales process has grown but your CRM setup has not kept up
  • Follow-ups, reporting, or lead tracking feel inconsistent
  • You want cleaner pipelines, better visibility, or more useful dashboards

If interested, comment or message me with how you currently use Pipedrive and what you wish worked better.

Figured Id throw this here, Hubspot Best Practices

Created this a while ago, a Hubspot best practices short ebook. Thought I would share it and if it helps anyone its a win. I see many questions that newer users have that this may help them at the very least understand hubspot in general better. If you ever need it let me know Ill send over. Thought I could just add here but cant and didn't want to post a link and have this look like a sale pitch. link to ebook: https://244846449.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na2.net/hubfs/244846449/HubSpot_Best_Practices_Ebook_Evolution_CRM_Butterfly_Logo.pdf
