hey, just wondering; did you guys get your award letter yet? i did a special circumstance appeal, and it’s still in review (i started it april 1st, and they asked me for more proof on july 1st and sent it on the same day).
i even called the office of financial aid and emailed my financial advisor 3 days ago and still no response. at this point i don’t know what more to do.
just got an email from csusbs financial aid, also heard award letters will be coming out this week (hopefully)
hey, currently taking 5w2 summer classes, does anyone know what happens if i don't pay it off by the due date or asap? will i be kicked from the summer classes? i didn't apply for a loan either, but i was hoping i can pay it off using whatever i have left from my fall tuition or my savings :/ if i can wait to get a disbursement i'd rather do that.
I'm an incoming transfer for Fall 2026 and was hoping to get insight into the Nutrition Science and Dietetics program. I came across an older post where someone asked for feedback about the program, and one person mentioned that their experience with the department had been poor and unsatisfactory. I was wondering if any current or recent students could share whether things have improved since then or if the same issues still exist? I'd like to hear about the positives and the negatives.

Hello! I know this is a reach but in Fall of 2026, I will be a junior. I’m currently looking as Master’s programs because I want to have choices/get a feel of a few schools so I won’t have to worry about it later.
Recently, my friend recommended me an online program, the pro is that I can be done in at least a year, but I’ll still have my internship to finish concurrently! The downside; fully asynchronous and I like in person because I am much more of a hands on learner! But if I choose an in-person program, it will likely take me 2 years. My overall thoughts on this is I just want to finish early so I can study for the exam and then pass.
People who have taken an online Masters in Nutrition, did you like it/have any complications? Did you have a hard time learning concepts? Any advice?
If you are currently also doing your Masters in person, please give me your feedback as well! I’d love to know any advice or complications you’ve had.
