Mary Sheffield has let this city go to shit! None of this would have happened under Duggan

First teen takeovers ruin every carnival but she let Chris “might as well be Benoit” Brown come and flaunt how he beats women for 3 fucking nights!

How can anyone support such a monster!

He should have to sit in Wayne County Jail for every second he isn’t performing, which IMO he shouldn’t be allowed to!

Clearly nearly 20 years later no one should be supporting this monster but here as we have no electricity we are forced to endure Chris Brown on our city limits.

This offends me more than Sydney Sweeney’s existence.

With Fairlane being “Scarelane” and Brightmore being “Blightmore” what are some other ways I can look down on my neighbors?

Moved to Birmingham 2 years ago and really if you’re not in the this city you’re just not working hard enough.

What are some other low scale city or neighborhood nicknames?

Why the fuck are people mad about the power being out till Monday?

First, it’s a BBQ holiday. You don’t use your stove - you cook outside.

Secondly, the weather is fairly mild and great for sleeping under the stars. You can watch the celebration of America’s 250th birthday from local fireworks and go right to bed without having to move at all.

And of course why blame the company when really we should focus on the shareholders for pressuring about rates & uptime.

All week I’ve been doing full circles in the M5/Pontiac Trail/Martin Parkway at 645am and 5pm

It’s a fuck of a lot of fun and can do polite things like let the weak side have a chance during the off times.

Going to do this until September and then maybe 14 mile & orchard lake or the last one on Maple before Birmingham.

Is there any protests for the Venezuela earthquake?

ChatGPT told me it was due to an AI data center that was producing too many low tier AI flyers. We need to stop this bullshit tyranny!

Best neighborhoods to travel to to let off late night fireworks?

Looking for clear spots. Live off State Fair & Outer Drive area and everyone is letting theirs off 24/7 and I can’t see mine.

I work till 10, won’t be able to start - willing go to as far as Walled Lake.

Embark needs to let me orchestrate this game (before it’s too late)

The longer Embark lets everyone's grievances about the game sit, the worse they will get, the more the community will feel abandoned, the more the player counts will drop

Major issues: cheating/exploiting/dupes/hit boxes and registers

In most games this kind shit sucks ass, but in a game where you're losing entire kits when you die, it hits so much harder. At the very least, it was nice getting kits back. Don't really care if it shows how many cheaters still exist, at least do something to help the average player against them, why ever get rid of that?

PvP was essentially ruined by everyone duping kinetics and free kit Stella became, "full BiS every match Stella". It's incredibly bland gameplay when every single person in the lobby has the same loadout, and has zero fear of losing it. Add cheating on top of it, and the poor hit registration/hit boxes, specifically hitting the environment when you shouldn't be, is just too much to consistently over come.

The player base slowly dwindling only helps these problems shine brighter, which is why Embark needs to handle this shit ASAP. The longer they wait, the more trust they break, the less likely people are to come back, the more these problems compound on each other, the more we lose even our current player base

Everything above should be top priority because it affects all players, regardless of play style

How to get a lot of casual players back: add the new map condition that China is getting, as well as making every single different type of map condition event almost *always* available

Time gating map conditions fucking obliterated peoples drive for the game, locked a ton of end game content behind timers without literally any consideration that people have life's and different schedules

This was also a of people's first ever experience with the PvPvE extraction genre, and personally I think there's a lot to love about how casual friendly it is. But if they really want to be casual friendly they need to keep emphasizing that and building for it

Arc Raiders is at it's very best when everyone is on mic, joking around, having mixed aggression lobbies. Always thought, and still think a full pure P-v-E mode wouldn't help. But a single map condition where you can defect would please sooo many people without adding a full P-v-E mode. It's the perfect middle ground and their Chinese counter part came up with it insanely fast. Copy that shit LMAO. It would bring a lot of those casual and friendly players back and as the map condition wouldn't always be available, they would hopefully help populate the other map conditions again

Arc *needs* a healthy sized player base simply just to help the match making work to its best capabilities. IMO they could easily achieve it all via:

TLDR: Handling the major issues like duping, having more different available map conditions at all times, and the new map condition where you can defect

24 hours of fireworks in affluent neighborhoods?!?!

I just bought & moved into my house in the Farrand Park neighborhood. I paid $500,000 for my brick & carved wood home.

Last night someone was shoot of fireworks at 10pm on a weeknight! So of course I call the cops, or so I try.

Apparently for half a million the police in this neighborhood of Detroit doesn’t have police after 6pm?

Why won’t these people be respectful for how expensive it is here?

To the D from the A

Making a big life jump. I’m moving all the way to Detroit from a place many of you most likely have never been to but have dreamed about, Atlanta.

What neighborhoods are most like Buckhead? For you on non-Atlantans’ it’s a place of culture, couture, and being AMAZING. Is there anything like that in Detroit?

What will be the biggest change for me?

Why are some people so fucking weird?

I just moved to Southwest a few months ago from North Dakota. I’m an indigenous but a lot of folks think I’m Mexican and occasionally will try to speak Spanish to me until I hit them with the “No Habla” line.

Except for last night….

I got a job at Duly’s Coney as a server.

Some white guy in a home made shirt that says “Me Gusta Mecicantown” and in the worst Spanish i ever heard says:

“Ole, yo so quero tu burrito gordita grande, poor favor”

And I say “No Habla”

And then he asks for my manager in the most bizarre way “Managerio pronto muy pronto”

Anywho I got my boss who handled it. Not sure what got into old boy but fuck did he have confidence

The fact that children can’t enjoy a Dearborn Heights Carnival is peak fascism

DH police not understanding that there is a severe lack of third places for the Detroit youth prevented children from having fun.

The Dearborn Heights police should be ashamed I say!
