Help with a mounted build

Trying to come up with a character build loosely based around the Hashashin class from BDO, basically either dual-wielding or with a glaive and a snake animal companion that I can mount and dismount in combat (theres an ability where he mounts a snake, rushes forward, jumps off of it and does damage that I'd really love to recreate). Bonus points if I can find a way to include poison damage in the build.

Came back after a break, how bad do I need Durin/Nicole

Basically the title, moreso about Durin because I genuinely dont want to pull for Durin, but I C6'd Kinich and I feel bad not giving him his best supports

Edit: forgot to put my current team, but its just Kinich, C6 Bennet, C0 Dehya, and C6 Baizhu

Thoughts on reflavoring/roleplaying a class to be an existing class?

Some examples might be, mechanically playing a barbarian, but reflavoring their rage as a meditative trance and referring to them in game as a monk, or playing a divine sorcerer because you like the spontaneous spell slots but roleplaying them as a cleric, or you want to play a druid with a bigger focus on a familiar so you play a primal witch but still call them a "druid".

I was just wondering people's thoughts on this.

Looking for recommendations for a ttrpg with engaging combat

I don't have too much experience with ttrpgs, I've played 5e for a bit before swapping over to pf2e due to disliking how much gm fiat is needed in 5e and I've dipped into some pf1e as well, but honestly I've been finding the combat in 2e extremely stale lately. I'm looking for a combat system that feels more dynamic and engaging, good turn-to-turn variety, still high fantasy, and preferably little to no gm fiat needed.
