Without having the Sparkle assistant is there a way to check how many and which devices I have on my Sparkle plus account?

Hi, I purchased Sparkle plus for my brother and cannot seem to activate it. I purchased it through the website,not the Google Play store. I have a Sparkle Plus I.d. Any help activating Plus would be greatly appreciated.

I just wanted to give a shoutout to azcoyotedog. I am new to the Sparkle community and could not figure out how to set up my onn streamer to record with a usb thumb drive.He took the time to respond me and spent hours of his time walking me through the process until we figured it out.He was very patient with me knowing I am fairly new to this community.He stayed up well past midnight and told me no worries he would stay up until we got everything working correctly. I want to report that because of azcoyotedog I can now record programs to my usb thumb drive while using the Sparkle application. Once again a big thank you to azcoyotedog. Raiderrod65

Hi, I purchased Sparkle to record my wife‘s favorite shows. Therefore I could convince my wife to cancel cable. As we all know Cable is outrageous.
When I inserted the usb drive I formatted it to external storage. When I go into sparkle dvr I see a download folder but it won’t let me choose it. It always wants to record on the internal storage. Any help on how to set this up would be greatly appreciated. Can anyone please send me detailed instructions? Thanks,Rod

Hi, I want to purchase a sparkle plus subscription. When i go into the Google play store on my Shield the Sparkle assistant doesn‘t show up. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
