Hi everyone! I’m here for some advice and out of all the subreddits I can ask in I usually find this to be the nicest and most helpful. I’m autistic and have ADHD and will be going to my first concert next month! I’ll be seeing Death Cab for Cutie in Bristol and I’m very excited cuz I’m a huge fan of the band! But I also don’t want to get overwhelmed. I’ve heard concerts can be quite an overwhelming experience so I thought I’d see if anyone else here has any experience with concerts (especially if you’ve seen Death Cab for Cutie before or been to a concert at The Prospect Building in Bristol UK, but I’m looking for advice from anyone) and how you got through them. I’m gonna wear my ear defenders and bring some fidgets but is there anything else you guys do to cope?

I’m going to my first ever concert next month (I’m seeing Death Cab for Cutie in Bristol!!) and I feel like I would need to bring my D/ESSA Rocky to be able to cope

Have any of you ever taken your ESSA to a concert? Would I even be allowed? How would that likely go?
