I own a Motorola Edge 20 Fusion which I bought back in Mar 2022. I feel its battery is failing from last year itself.. Just giving less than a day.. But rest all is fine, NO issues.. So, I took to service center to replace battery but they said the OG battery for this model is no more available, so try replace with a compatible one.. So I dropped that option and continuing to use it.. But from this year I feel the battery is behaving ok like giving full 1 day for my usage..

Also my mom was using Oneplus 9R since Sept 2021.. In Sept 2024, the phone got green line.. So we repaired it for free and continued using it.. Then in Oct 2025, the phone again got multiple green lines.. But this time along with it a partial left side of screen went unresponsive.. Also there are signs of battery bloating because there are signs of back panel popping out.. So she was using it till Mar 2025 until we got her a new Pixel 9A..

I just contacted Vivo (as Vivo has taken over Oneplus) about repairing the screen and they said they can still do it.. I might replace battery as well..

Now, I was thinking to buy a Samsung phone like S25 FE, but looks like the price is fluctuating a lot.. I was planning to buy it for around 40k, but its not coming to that.. People are saying the price will come down in BBD sale in Oct, but I dont believe it due to increase in phone prices of all brands recently..

So what should I do? What till BBD and buy a new phone like S25FE or Vivo X200 FE? OR repair my Oneplus 9R by repairing the screen and changing the battery and still use it for next atleast 1.5 yrs??

My home comes in Pallavaram Municipality area. Here Garbage van picks up garage almost everyday or 3 times a week.. Sometimes its 1 day gap, sometimes 2 to 3 days of gap..

But now its 7 days and no one came to pick up the garbage..

Now there are no garbage bins in my area too.. So where are we supposed to dump the garbage now?? Its over flowing in my house and Bio degradable garbage is causing bad smell and potentially creating disease hazard..

I heard, there is some kind of Privatization happening with this waste management team and hence the workers are at strike..

Now what are we supposed to do in this situation? What is the Municipality doing? Now do we common people have to suffer?

Is there any new brand or phone, which has call recording feature without any beep notification?

I am currently using Samsung Galaxy M34, that records silently.. But Motorola edge 20 Fusion, recording with beep notification..

I have heard people saying, All Samsung phones has Silent recording but all other brands has mixed up results.. But just now one of friend say that as of now in June 2026, all new phones has call recording with atleast beep notification.. Is this true?

I am interested in buying Samsung S25 FE or Vivo V70 or Oneplus 13s.. Does these phone record calls with or without notification?

I am currently using Moto Edge 20 fusion.. Its battery is going to die, so looking for a new phone..

I am not a gamer, usually play little games for time pass some times.. But I use Camera especially for video recording for youtube.. And I want a phone which has direct call recorder from the dialer (not from additional app) and that recording should not have any notifications.. Also looking for a bit compact phone..

I recently ordered Samsung S24 FE for 40K but then cancelled because I felt its bit older, heavier and not worth for 40k.. I am not sure S25 FE will drop to 40k this July Goat sale or Prime day sale..

I also feel Samsung A37 or A57 are worthless for price been sold as of now..

A36 is fine, also cheap, but little big, also 1.3 yrs old.. Is it good?

Also when It comes to compactness - S25 is costly.. S24 is old, is it recommended to buy in 2026?

I am also interested in V70 and X200FE.. But X200FE is costly.. V70 is also little costly but thought might come down in this July sale, but my question is about hassle-free call recording in Vivo phones.. what about V70? Same is with Motorola edge 50 neo..

Dont like apple, oneplus or any other brand..

Please suggest guys.. I am confused.. OR shall I go with A36 for cheap or an older S24 to enjoy compactness?
