Is anyone here familiar with Veracity Research Company (VRC) Investigations? I am going through the process getting hired as a surveillance investigator and would like to know how decent or reputable this company is. From what I've read on the couple of Reddit forums talking about VRC, the company is not the greatest. Not to mention the pay seems low at just $25 - $30 an hour where they hinted that if hired I would start at around 25/hr with mediocre compensated miles.

Would VRC be a good stepping stone into the field of investigations? Does anyone have first hand experience with VRC? If so how was your time there? Are the reviews as bad as they say it is?

I do need a job that will pay me more than my current job and get me some real world experience so I am tempted to take the offer if it were to come. Thanks for the help

I've been trying to find a job in the criminal justice/ legal field since I graduated back in May with a bachelors in criminal justice. I've applied to countless job openings and what seems to be all relative job postings on Indeed and Linkedin with not much luck.

This may be a reach but does anyone know any lawyers or law offices who are looking for a entry level paralegal or someone to aid in administrative support? I'm open to any field of focus and have familiarity in data entry and administrative work...just seem to be stuck in my current job at the moment and need to grow

I scheduled my first ACE assessment for August which will be the polygraph I'll be flying in but my information in the out bound travel section is incorrect. I reached out to HR and Admin a couple days ago via the message board on the ACE portal but have not heard back. I have also emailed ACE support yesterday but I have not heard back from them as well, is anyone having a similar issue?

Im a male but under the outbound travel info it states that I am a female, also the departure date under out bound travel is 2 days prior to my assessment date which I believe is not allowed I have tried to find a way to change both of these but I have had no luck.

I do not want to loose this chance so I must complete my registration ASAP and the outbound travel is the las part. But I do not want to submit it with incorrect information that may be a problem down the road. Nobody I have reached out to has replied as of yet and I am beginning to get concerned about this opportunity slipping away

Any advice on what I should do? Should I just submit it with the wrong info and hope to change it later? Wait until I get a reply back from support? Will arriving 2 days prior to my assessment date instead of the required 1 day before be an issue?
